| 摘 要： | 教育机制是教育现象各部分之间的相互关系及其运行方式,包括教育的层次机制、教育的形式机制和教育的功能机制三种基本类型。三类机制以及每类机制中的三种机制各自有着不同的内涵,又有着必然的联系。教育的层次机制主要包括宏观教育机制、中观教育机制和微观教育机制;教育的形式机制主要包括行政—计划式机制、指导—服务式机制和监督—服务式机制;教育的功能机制主要包括激励机制、保障机制和制约机制。教育机制与教育体制是两个不同的范畴,但它们之间又是紧密相关的。探讨教育机制理论,有助于正确认识教育机制改革的内容,把握教育机制改革的规律,厘清教育机制改革的思路。

| Abstract: | Educational mechanism is the interrelations among every part of educational phenomenon and their running methods,including level mechanism of education,form mechanism of education and the functional mechanism of education.These three kinds of mechanisms and the three mechanisms in each kind of mechanism have their different connotation and inevitable relations.Level mechanism of education mainly includes macroscopic educational mechanism,medium-scopic educational mechanism and microscopic educational mechanism.Formal mechanism of education mainly includes administration-planning oriented mechanism,guidance-service-oriented mechanism and supervision-service-oriented mechanism.Functional mechanism of education mainly includes encouragement mechanism,guarantee mechanism and restriction mechanism.Educational mechanism and educational system are two different categories.But they are closely related to each other.To probe into educational mechanism theory is helpful to correctly understand the contents of educational mechanism reform,grasp the law of educational mechanism reform and clarify the train of thought of educational mechanism reform. |
