| 摘 要： | 作为一种文化现象,"80后"曾备受文化研究、社会研究、文学研究者的关注,随着"80后"教师占教师队伍比例的增加,对其专业发展的关注日益加强。通过选择青岛市市南、市北、四方、李沧4个区和市教育局部分直属学校为研究对象,采用问卷和访谈两种调查方式,对青岛市"80后"教师的状况做一次尝试性的描述,并就如何促进"80后"教师的专业发展提出建议。
