地方高校应用型人才培养模式应着力四个转变

摘    要:人才培养模式,概括地讲就是蕴含人才培养理念及其相应行为方式的组织运行机制,具体体现于人才培养的目标确定、课程设置、教育教学以及检测评价四个基本方面。人才培养模式科学与否直接影响人才培养的质量与水平。大众化教育背景下,地方高校要科学构建适应地方经济社会发展要求和人才自身成长规律的应用型人才培养模式,着力提高应用型人才培养质量,必须立足"大众化"、"地方性"、"应用型"特点与要求以及自身发展实际,在培养目标、课程设置、教育教学组织与方法以及检测评价等方面进行深刻转变。

Abstract:A mode of talent training,generally speaking,is an organizing and operating mechanism with its own ideals of talent education and the corresponding operational principles,which are embodied in its educational targeting,curriculum setting,teaching,and testing and evaluating.The adequacy of the mode directly influences the educational quality.In the background of popularized higher education,local universities should aim to achieve profound improvements in the above mentioned four aspects.
