| 摘 要： | 区域性图书馆联盟是实现资源共享的理想选择。但在联盟建设与服务过程中的知识产权问题，迟滞了图书馆界文献资源共享的步伐，如何在此过程中规避法律风险，高效、合法地实现资源共享，是本文力图探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes regional library consortium documental resource sharing,an ideal choice we should take during the development of our regional libraries.One of the reasons includes property right,which makes library consortium documental resource sharing lack law restriction and hinders the development of documental resource sharing.How to make full use of documental resources efficiently and lawfully under the premise of property right respect is a general problem discussed in this paper. |
