论高校教师职业倦怠的心理应对策略

摘    要:面对大学生这一特殊而复杂的群体,高校教师职业倦怠问题日益严重,这不仅易导致教师产生身心健康问题,而且也导致教师的职业成效降低,从而直接对学生的发展产生巨大影响。文章针对中国高校教师的职业现状,分析高校教师产生职业倦怠的心理原因,并从社会、学校及教师自身的视角提出高校教师应对职业倦怠的策略。

Abstract:Face the special but complicated community of university student,teacher's job burnout is serious day by day and this not only causes the mental and physical problems,but also decreases the teacher's occupation result and thus directly brings about huge influence on the student's development.Aim at our university teacher's present occupation condition,analyzed the mental reasons of teacher's job burnout,and put forward university teachers' strategy of coping job burnout from the view of society,school and teacher's oneself.
