| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招政策的施行,2000年以后我国大学毕业生"就业难"问题开始凸显,近年来由于毕业生人数的持续上涨,高校毕业生就业形势愈发严峻。本文从信息经济学视角入手,探讨由于信息不对称造成的我国劳动力市场上人力资源配置效率低下的问题。在阐述信息不对称在大学毕业生就业过程中的表现的基础上,对信息不对称环境下大学毕业生就业过程进行博弈模型分析,最后提出消除毕业生就业过程中信息不对称的较为合理可行的建议。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of university enrollment expansion policy, Chinese University graduates' "difficulty of employment" problems began to highlight after 2000. In recent years, due to the continuous rise in the number of graduates, university graduates' employment situation is increasingly grim. The article started from the perspective of information economics, discussed the low efficiency of human resource allocation issues in our labor market caused by information asymmetry. On the basis of elaborating the performance of information asymmetry in the process of university graduates employment, the paper made Game model analysis of the course of university graduates employment under the asymmetric information environment, and finally put forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions to eliminate information asymmetry in the process of university graduates employment. |
