| 摘 要： | 政治参与是民主政治的基本特征之一,是现代政治发展的重要内容。当前我国公民政治参与在参与意识、主体范围、参与内容等方面都较以前有明显进步,但仍存在参与不平衡、非制度化参与、政治效能感不强等问题。要解决这些问题需要采取大力发展经济、加强政治文化建设、提高公民政治素质、健全参与制度体系、拓宽参与渠道等措施。

| Abstract: | Political participation is one of the essential features of the democratic politics, and also is the important content of the modern politics. The Citizen's political participation has made great progress in many aspects in our country in recent years, such as the sense of the participation, the range of the subjects,and the contents. However, it lacks of the equilibrium, systematization and efficient sense of the participation. Measures should be taken to solve these problems. We should develop economy in a more efficient way, build political cultural construction, improve citizen's political quality, consummate the system and widen the new channels for participation. |
