| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对2008年中国式摔跤冠军赛中5支中国跤队44名运动员的运动损伤情况进行调查与统计分析,并与10名中国跤教练员探讨其特点与原因。针对损伤的原因从教练员和运动员的不同角度提出中国跤运动损伤的预防对策,以期减少运动损伤的发生,为中国跤科学化训练提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematic statistics,this article conducted an investigation and analysis on sports injuries of 44 Chinese style wrestlers from 5 teams during the 2008 championship tournament,and discussed the characteristics and the reasons with 10 Chinese style wrestling coaches.At last,the author put forward some suggestions and countmeasures from the view of coach and wrestler in order to give some references to the scientific training of Chinese style wrestlers. |
