| 摘 要： | 学生素质存在着明显的个体差异，以行政班进行体育教学，无法真正体现因材施教，满足个体实际需要。通过选择制教学模式的实践与研究，探索一种从兴趣出发，按需要选择，旨在提高学生综合素质和主动学习，发展学生个性特长的新型教学模式。
