| 摘 要： | 虽然俄罗斯的政治、经济一直处于变革和起伏的状态,但其教育的改革和发展始终是围绕确定的思想和目标在进行,并且经过一些年来的探索,其发展的态势已初现轮廓,而其高等教育的改革与发展更是呈现出鲜明的特征。从教育体制和教学内容两个方面分析俄罗斯教育改革的特色和成就,对我国正在进行的高等教育改革应当具有较深刻的启示和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Though undergoing a period of political and economical turbulence,Russia has been pushing on its education reform and development guided by an explicit theory and a set objective.After years of exploration,its higher education reform and development have made some achievements and taken on distinctive features.From the aspects of education system and teaching,this essay attempts to analyze the features and achievements of Russian higher education reform,which can surely provide significant revelation and reference for our higher education reform under way. |
