| 摘 要： | 在新世纪新阶段，我们党对马克思主义人的全面发展理论进行了新的阐释：人的全面发展是建设社会主义新社会的本质要求；人的全面发展是物质生活发展、精神生活发展和政治生活发展的统一；人的全面发展是提高素质与人力资源开发的统一；人的全面发展是人与社会的协调发展和人与自然的和谐发展。
