| 摘 要： | 以国家提出的"双一流"建设为契机,从教学内容、实验手段、教学方法等方面介绍了我校化学院英才班有机化学实验改革的必要性。从教学改革设计、教学模式改进及建立激励机制等3方面阐述了具体的改革实践。通过有机化学实验的改革与探索,在提高学生创新实践能力和教师及技术人员的综合业务水平的同时,建立起实验室多元化管理模式,有助于拔尖人才培养。

| Abstract: | By taking the "Double first-class" construction proposed by the state as an opportunity,this paper introduces the necessity of the reform on organic chemistry experiment for the elite class of Chemistry College of the university from the aspects of teaching content,experimental means and teaching methods. Through the reform and exploration of the organic chemistry experiment,and based on the improvement of the students' innovative practical ability and the comprehensive professional level of teachers and technicians, the diversified management mode of laboratory is established,which is helpful to the cultivation of top talents. |
