| 摘 要： | 在信息时代，高职院校图书馆员的角色定位应由书本的典藏者转变为信息管理者、信息提供者、信息向导和信息顾问。创建学习型组织是实现高职院校图书馆员角色定位的环境保证，培养复合型人才是实现高职院校图书馆员角色定位的根本途径。

| Abstract: | In information age, the major role of a librarian should no longer be a book collector but a governor, a provider, a guide and/or consultant of information. Hence, the writer argues that learning-type organization is the environmental pledge so that librarians of vocational colleges can fully perform and ultimately serve the students. |
