| 摘 要： | 探讨了职业女性继续教育之矛盾的表现、成因以及化解，认为职业女性继续教育遭遇了现实与传统、外来压力大与内在需求小的矛盾；女性自然特征和社会价值取向是矛盾的客观成因，女性主体意识和自我价值取向是矛盾的主观成因；化解矛盾的途径是营造社会性别意识主流化、推进个体性别意识现代化、实施家务劳动社会化、促进继续教育人本化。
