| 摘 要： | 应用型本科院校的文秘专业实践教学体系建设是该专业人才培养的重要课题。要使文秘专业实践教学体系构建合理有效，首先要把市场需求作为设定实践教学目标的重要依据，其次要根据培养目标修订实践教学体系内容，最后根据教学内容的具体实施不断完善实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | The constructing practical teaching system of secretaire specialty in the applicationoriented undergradu ate universities is a very important issue for professional talent training. Establishing a sound and effective practi cal teaching system involves taking market demand as an important basis for setting practice teaching goals, revis ing the contents of practice teaching system based on the training objectives, and perfecting practical teaching sys tem according to the course content. Only in this way can the quality of teaching and the quality of training secre taire applicationoriented talents be improved significantly. |
