| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作要注之于理，动之于情，关心人、体贴人、理解人，讲实话、办实事、求实效。在新的形势下思想政治工作更要导之于法，以纪律已，以法育人。在实际工作中要注意情、理、法的统一，努力做到使情理与法理融为一体。因此，要强化对思想政治工作队伍的培养和训练，拓宽知识面，提高队伍的整体素质，才能真正发挥思想政治工作的优势。

| Abstract: | Ideological political worker is human soul engineer. College ideological political worker will pour it in reason, move it in feelings, care for person, think for person and understanding person, speak truth, do real fact, is realistic effect. Under new situation ideological political work should instruct in law, discipline ourselves and educate persons with law. In actual work we will notice the unification of feelings, reason and law and make reason melt with legal principle for one body with great efforts. Therefore we should strengthen the training for ideological political working troops and train,make rubbing wide knowledge surface, improve the overall quality of troops, then we can develop the advantage of ideological political work really. |
