| 摘 要： | 通过信息技术的发展及其对人类社会的影响分析，阐明信息技术对21世纪的高校科技管理提出的挑战，探讨新世纪高校科技管理应采取的对策，主要从四个方面进行论述：（1）提供并处理信息，发挥决策参谋作用；（2）促进公开管理，机构精简，提高管理效率；（3）开发网络版科技管理信息软件；（4）提高科管队伍素质是信息技术发展的必然要求。

| Abstract: | With the emergence of information time,the information technology has produced an important impact to existing mode of thinking and working of human being. Based on the analysis of development of information technology and its impact to society,it describes the challenge brought by information technology to S&T management of high institution in 21 century,and probes into countermeasures for the new century S&T management. It discusses on following 4 aspects:(1) bringing information into play in decision with a proper way of collecting and handling information,(2) raising the management effectiveness by open management and simplification of organizational structure,(3) developing Web software of S&T management information,(4) improving the qualification S&T managers. |
