| 摘 要： | 食品微生物学是食品科学与工程专业的一门重要的学科基础课程,同时也是食品科学的重要组成部分。本文从合理的选择教学内容,采用多种教学方法相结合的教学手段,同时强化实验教学和完善考核体系四个方面对食品微生物教学改革进行了探索与研究,以期培养出符合要求的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the food science educational system,food microbiology is an important curriculum of food science and engineering professional foundation courses.This paper discusses the teaching reform of food microbiology from the following four aspects：reasonable choosing the teaching content,combining multiple teaching methods,strengthening the experimental teaching and improving the experimental evaluation system so as to meet the social needs with training applied talents. |
