| 摘 要： | 高校教师现代教育技术培训工作自开展以来,已取得了丰硕的成果,但是在当前开展的培训工作中仍然存在着受训主体不全面,培训内容结构不合理,培训形式手段不科学,培训评价方式不完善等诸多问题。通过对问题的分析及培训中的实践发现,需要强化现代教育技术应用意识,改进培训内容结构,优化培训策略与方法,完善多元化评价方式,解决培训中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The university teachers＇ modern educational technology training has made great achievement since it began.However,there are still some problems in the training practice such as： the incompletion of trained subjects,the irrationality of training content,the unscientific training mode,the imperfection of training evaluation mode.Based on analysis on these problems and the discovery in training practice,sense of applicability of modern educational technology should be enhanced,structure of training content should be improved,training strategy and method should be optimized,a pluralistic evaluation mode should be perfected in order to solve the existing problems. |
