| 摘 要： | 我们的社会和学校往往十分强调学生应尽的义务,而漠视学生的权利。实际上,学生拥有非常广泛的法定权利,包括受教育权、人身权(包括身份权和人格权)和财产权等,其中,人格权是学生的一项十分重要的权利。我国一些法律法规都对学生的人格权进行法律保护。但加强对学生的人格权教育,是保护学生人格的根本解决办法。

| Abstract: | Society and school only emphasize students' responsibilities,but disregard th eir rights.As a matter of fact,students enjoy extensive le gal rights including right of receiv ing education,right of person(right of identity and right of dignity)and property right,among which righ t of dignity is very important.In Chi na many laws and regulations protect students' right of dignity,but strengthening the education of right of dignity is t he most funda-mental way to achieve the protection of students' right of dignity. |
