| 摘 要： | 从我国教练员继续教育的历史脉络中,概括出我国教练员继续教育的发展经历了初始期、快速发展期和持续发展期3个历史阶段,揭示了我国教练员继续教育的发展轨迹与趋势大致为:培训观念上,由侧重一次性培训转向教育终身化;培训性质上,由"学历教育"转向"能力本位"教育;培训形式上,由单一转向多样化;培训规模上,由行业内部转向市场化并与国际接轨;培训管理上,由逐步完善培训法规制度转向加大执法力度;培训机构上,由单一封闭转向多元开放.

| Abstract: | From the point view of historical development,the continuous education of sports coaches in our country has gone through three stages: the initial period,the rapid-development period and the sustained-development period.The developed orbit and trend of the continuous education is generally like this.The training idea has changed from a one-time training to lifelong education,the training nature from "academic education" to "capacity-based" education,the training form from single to pluralism,the training scale from profession itself to marketization,till integrated with other countries,the training management from gradually improving training laws and regulations to strenghening laws enforcement,the training institutions from single-closedness to plural-opening. |
