| 摘 要： | 人才培养的核心内容是培养什么样的人才和怎样培养，发展应用型本科教育是当前社会经济、科技发展、教育发展的要求，为此，文章从应用型本科人才培养的客观必然性、应用型本科人才的培养模式、课程体系、教学模式以及教学保障系统等几个方面进行论述。

| Abstract: | On the one hand, the core content to cultivating talented people is what kinds of talented people we should develop and how to cultivate them. On the other hand, social economy, technology and even education development needs them to meet the demands of applied university education. For this very reason, the author puts forward some different opinions from several important aspects of applicative university education, including its necessity, inevitability, cultivation patterns, core courses system, teaching patterns, and even the teaching safeguards system. |
