| 摘 要： | 在现代智力观中,成功智力理论可谓是独树一帜,对传统智力是一次全面突破和超越。它为我国的英语素质教育的具体目标提供了新的理论支持,并对英语素质教育以启示：注重学生非智力因素的培养;充分了解学生的智力特点,实施个性化教学;利用学生经验发展学生成功智力;建立科学的教学评价体系。

| Abstract: | On nowadays mental faculty theory,sucessful intelligence is unique.It is a comprehensive breakthrough and transcendence to traditional intelligence.It provides new thory support and enlightenment to practical target of our country's English education for all-around development.It emphasizing the culture of students' nonintellectual factor,understanding students' intellectual characteristics comprehensivelly and carrying out individuation education,using experiences to develop students' sucessful intelligence,constructing scietific system of teaching accessment. |
