| 摘 要： | 我校健美操课程荣获福建省2004年度高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程精品课程建设立项,经过二年多的课程改革与实践,在师资队伍、课程内容、教学方法、教学实训、考核及评估机制等方面建设,均取得了许多富有特色的成果,及时总结改革经验,有利于进一步提高健美操课程的教学质量,对推进健美操课程建设朝更高层次的发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The aerobics course of our school has been approved as the high-quality course construction program.Through two years of practice and reform,unique achievements have been made in the aspects of teaching staff,course content,teaching methods,practical training,evaluation mechanism,etc.To summarize the experiences and lessons in educational reform facilitates the improvement of teaching quality,which will promote the development of the course to a new and higher level. |
