| 摘 要： | 本文主要运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对大众体育舞蹈的概念进行界定，了解大众体育舞蹈的运动效果，探讨大众体育舞蹈的创编思路及其在高校的发展模式，为大众体育舞蹈的广泛开展提供理论依据，为从事体育舞蹈教练、教师提供参考。
