| 摘 要： | 大众化高等教育区别于精英式高等教育的一个最本质的特征，是教育需求的多元化；与多元化教育需求相适应的是高等教育结构的多层次和教育模式、方法的多样性；我国高等教育要从指导思想、结构布局以及教育教学的方法和过程等诸方面突破精英教育模式的局限，从根本上建立起与大众化高等教育相适应的办学格局和运行机制。

| Abstract: | One of the most important essential characteristics of popular higher education is the plurality of educational requirement,with which we can recognize popular higher education from elite-oriented higher education.Being suited to this plurality of educational requirement,model and methods,in higher education in China we should break through the limits left by elite-oriented education in guiding ideology,construction,distribution,teaching methodology,teaching process,etc. One and for all we must establish schooling patterns and operating mechanism in order to meet the needs of popular higher education. |
