| 摘 要： | 基层图书馆的发展受到其所在地理区域、地方经济发展水平、基层政府重视程度等多种因素的影响.目前我国基层图书馆存在缺少专职馆员、缺乏可持续发展能力、设施设备建设水平低等问题,制定基层图书馆系列标准是问题的解决之道.

| Abstract: | The development of grass-roots libraries is influenced by many factors including their geographical areas, local economic development conditions and local governments attention. Presently, the problems of grass-roots libraries in China are lack of full-time librarians, lack of capacity for sustainable development as well as facilities and equipment construction of low levels, etc. It’s suggested to formulate a series of standards for grass-roots libraries to solve the above problems. |
