| 摘 要： | 中小学体育教师继续教育，是提高教师专业素质的重要途径和必要的学习方式，因受“一次性教育”观念的影响和其他各种因素的制约，致使中小学体育教师继续教育很难达到预期的效果，站在教师专业化的高度分析中小学体育教师继续教育低效的原因，并针对性地提出提高体育教师继续教育绩效的对策，可以为未来体育教师继续教育的持续发展提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | P. E. teachers＇ continuing education is an important way and necessary means to enhance their profession quality. Due to the impact of ＂one-time education＂ concept and other constraints of various factors, it is very difficult to achieve the desired results about P. E. teachers＇ continuing education. This thesis analyzes the causes for the inefficiency from a professional angle, and meanwhile puts forward a proposal to increase its performance, so as to provide a reference for the future continuing development of P. E. teachers＇ continuing education. |
