| 摘 要： | 战略性新兴产业是新兴科技和新兴产业的深度融合,既代表着科技创新的方向,也代表着产业发展的方向,具有战略性、关联性、成长性、创新性、风险性和导向性等特征,战略性新兴产业的选择应充分体现这些特征,并遵循国家意志原则、市场需求原则、技术创新原则、产业关联原则、就业吸纳能力原则和可持续发展原则.我国战略性新兴产业的培育应充分借鉴国外先进经验,在明确自身存在问题的基础上,有针对性地制定培育政策,为促进战略性新兴产业快速发展提供支撑.
