| 摘 要： | 知识创新的信息服务必然是21世纪图书馆服务的主流趋势。对高校图书馆知识创新的信息服务模式——知识创新型参考咨询服务模式、个性化与学科化服务模式、信息集成化服务模式、智能化信息集成服务模式和学科信息门户服务模式进行分析，探索网络环境下知识创新的信息化服务模式，提高图书馆创新服务能力，满足用户的具体需求和特定用户的需求。
