| 摘 要： | 学报编辑的素质是制约学报质量的一个关键因素.高校学报编辑必须具备良好的政治素养和为他人做嫁衣、甘做无名英雄、牺牲自己、甘做人梯的职业素养;随着信息技术和知识经济的发展,学报编辑还应具备良好的信息意识和观念,丰富的信息理论知识,较高的信息获取和处理能力,同时还要“一专多能”,以“专”为主,“专”与“博”结合,具备综合性的知识结构.

| Abstract: | The quality of editors in university journals becomes one cmial part in dertermining the quality of the journal. The editors should have better political and professional accomplishments ,consciousness and concept of information,knowledge of information theory,the ability to get and apply information and a structure of both specitic and general knowledge. |
