| 摘 要： | 党内民主是无产阶级建党的基本原则,坚持党员主体地位是实现党内民主的重要条件.坚持和尊重党员主体地位,实现了党的建设由客体建设向主体建设的转变、由集体建设向个体建设的转变、由外延式建设向内涵式建设的转变.党员主体地位所体现的党建新理念,对于发展党的建设理论、推动党的建设工程、提高党的执政能力等,具有重大而深远的意义.
