| 摘 要： | 以二元经济理论、城乡融合发展理论和共生理论为基础,探究城乡群众体育统筹发展的机理与途径.结果表明:城乡群众体育统筹发展过程的内在机理是城乡间在发展体育载体、体育产业、体育市场、体育制度体系等方面的综合统筹.而城乡群众体育统筹发展的主要途径是改革体育管理制度,加大体育经费投入,建立健全体育法律法规;发展体育载体,优化体育资源配置;发展农村体育市场,构建城乡间的共生界面和共生环境;推进小城镇、农民工体育建设等.
