高校教育服务产品经营的分析框架构建

摘    要:高校经营的核心是优质教育服务的提供。而我国高校在教育服务产品供给中存在诸多问题,主要表现为:产品同质化严重,学校无法建立自己的竞争优势。然而当前高校产品经营理论并未引起足够重视,缺乏深入系统的研究成果。教育服务产品经营的"4W1H"分析框架将有助于完善相关研究,为学校产品经营提供理论支持。

Abstract:The kennel of management by universities is to offer high quality educational service,whereas in Chinese universities,there are numerous problems in the offering of educational service products,mainly in: grievous homogenization in products.As a result the universities cannot establish their advantage in competition.At present,the theory for university product management has not attracted enough attention,and there are few systematic and profound research results.The framework of "4W1H" for university educational service products is helpful to the relevant research,and to offer theoretic support for the management of university service products.
