| 摘 要： | 师范院校的教育实习是培养学生能力，提高师范教育质量的重要实践环节，但目前存在的一些问题直接影响了教育实习的质量，使师范教育培养的毕业生不能很快适应中小学教育教学工作，必须从教育实习的管理入手，提高管理的科学性，优化教育实习过程，最大限度的发挥教育实习作用。
