新课程背景下老区基础教育教师专业发展的现状调查与对策研究

摘    要:高效的教师专业发展不仅能极大提升学生学业成就,促进学校发展与变革,更是国家教育质量卓越的重要保障。调查显示,老区基础教育教师专业发展现状堪忧,但挑战与机遇并存。背后原因主要有教师评价制度变异、教师专业发展支持缺失、学校文化建设匮乏、教师专业发展愿望不强等。可以尝试从建立与完善教师专业发展标准和发展性教师评价制度、提供多元化教师专业发展支持平台、建设教师合作共同体文化、增强专业认同感与激发专业内驱力、反思与改进新课程教师培训方式等方面入手来改进我国东部老区基础教育教师专业发展现状。
