| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,从不同角度对河南省全面建设小康社会进程中大众体育的现状进行了调查研究。结果显示：河南省城市社区大众健身活动普及程度较高,但锻炼质量有待提高；参加体育健身活动的动机是多层次的；活动内容具有明显的非竞技化的韵律性、表演性、传统性和文化一体化特点；活动形式丰富多彩；城区居民体育自主意识、体育消费意识和基层社区体育组织管理职能得到增强。资金短缺、场地设施匮乏、社会体育指导员数量不足是制约基层群众体育开展及管理的三大主要因素。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper made investigation on current situations of urban community sports during the process of construction of well-off society in Henan province in the different perspectives.The result showed that urban community sports activities were popular with variety motivation and colorful forms.The features such as rhyme scheme,performance,tradition and cultural integrity of non-competitive physical edu- cation and that residents'self-independent and consuming awareness managing functions of physical education organizations at primary communities were strengthened.Meanwhile,fund of shortage,defi- cient arena and equipments,and less physical education tutors were three main factors limiting the development and management of mass sports at the gross-root level. |
