| 摘 要： | 近年来，成人高等教育的发展取得了显著成就。上质量、上台阶，以质量求生存、求发展，乃是大势所趋。成教中存在的问题，一方面要靠整顿秩序，规范管理，建章立制来解决；另一方面，必须走制度创新之路，这是保持成教事业活力关键之所在。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the development of Adult Higher Education achieves remarkable success.Striving for survival and development on the basis of quality is the overwhelming trend.The problem in Adult Higher Education,on one hand,can be solved in rectifying order,standardizing management and establishing regulations;on the other hand,can be solved with innovation. This is the key point to maintain the vitality of Adult Higher Education. |
