| 摘 要： | 就人才兴盛的历史而言，湖南有一个从蛮荒之地到人才渊薮的剧变过程。深入考察后可以发现，湖南第一个人才群体出现于宋末，正是湖湘学术初兴之时，并且构成湖南有史以来第一个人才群体的，恰好多是湖湘学派的门人弟子。近代百余年间，湘省学风日进日新，湖湘学术蓬勃发展，三湘大地也相伴而成人才渊薮。学术兴而人才盛，是符合历史与逻辑的结论。

| Abstract: | Hunan once changed from an uncultivated land into a gathering place of talents in history A thorough investigation and study will reveal the correspondence between the thriving of learning and the flourishing of talents in Hunan The first group of talents in Hunan turned up in the South Song Dynasty, when learning prospered in Hunan fot the first time Learning in Hunan has sprung up vigorously in modern China, and at the same time, talented people in Hunan have come forth in large numbers |
