| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of documentation, case interview and investigation on the spot, the paper analyzes the status quo of Shanghai mass sports system reform. It points out the existing problems and describes a future model for Shanghai mass sports management system. It puts forward a mass sports management system with government guidance, social participation, people-oriented policy and reform innovation. |
