| 摘 要： | 本文从当前加强高校教师教学质量评价的重要性和紧迫性分析入手,分析了我国教师教学评价的现状及其存在的问题,并结合国外高校教师教学质量保障的经验,提出了从教学评价的指导思想、评价方式以及评价模式等三个方面进一步完善我国青年教师教学质量评价的建议。

| Abstract: | The significance and urgency of reinforcing evaluation quality of college teachers teaching at present in our country are firstly analyzed in this paper,and the current situation and problems of the evaluation are set forth and described clearly.At the same time,on the basis of learning and absorbing the experiments from oversea universities,the author have brought forward concrete countermeasure suggestion from three aspect such as the guiding ideology of teaching valuation, appraising way and appraising a pattern. |
