| 摘 要： | 利用多种新媒介，创新教学支持服务的手段，为学习者提供方便、灵活、个性化的学习条件是创建开放大学的目的和责任。绍兴广播电视大学对助学服务的途径和载体进行了有益探索，开发应用了信息服务管理系统和移动学习终端，提升了教学支持服务水平。

| Abstract: | It is the objective and responsibility in the process of open university construction to use vari-ous new medias ,innovate learning support to provide convenient ,flexible and individualized learning condi-tions for the learners .Shaoxing Radio and TV University has carried out the research on the way and carrier of learning support ,the information administration service system and the mobile learning terminal have been developed and applied in order to enhance the learning support service level . |
