后现代课程观对高职教师专业发展的启示

摘    要:后现代课程观强调课程发展必须反映多元论和个人独特性,课程设计者和实施者要理解每一个情境的多元性与复杂性。其对高职教师专业发展的启示在于,高职教师应积极培养丰富且多样的能力,尝试改变教学上的互动方式,将角色定位为协助学生进行知识建构,并在课程实践中反思、在反思中实践,不断促进自身专业发展。

Abstract:The post-modern curriculum view emphasizes curriculum development must reflect the pluralism and uniqueness of individual, and course designers and implementers should understand diversity and complexity of each situation. Its inspirations to professional development of higher vocational teachers are that teachers should actively cultivate rich and diverse abilities, try to change the interactive modes in teaching, assist students to construct knowledge, make reflection in course practice and practice in reflection to constantly promote their professional development.
