| 摘 要： | 师生关系一直是教师专业发展的一个重要方面。为了促进师生关系的和谐发展需要建立成长型的师生关系。成长型的师生关系是指教师和学生在学会终身学习和发展的过程中共历共享成长的一种新型师生关系。建构成长型的师生关系需建立师生间的相互信赖,拓展师生成长的互动层面,建设师生成长的互动环境,丰富师生成长的互动方式等。

| Abstract: | Teacher-student relationship has been an important aspect of teacher's professional development. It is essential to build growing teacher-student relationship in order to promote harmonious development of teacher-student relationship, their learner autonomy and mutual growing. It is a new type of teacher-student relationship that assists teachers and students to experience and share growing together when they learn lifelong learning and development. Constructing teacher-student relationship based on growing requires teachers and students to trust each other and extend mutual fields .Meanwhile, it also requires teachers and students to create mutual environment and enrich mutual ways. |
