| 摘 要： | 独立学院是由普通本科高校按新机制、新模式举办的本科层次的二级学院，但独立学院与母体高校在人才培养上并不完全相同，独立学院的定位是培养面向劳动力市场需求的本科应用型人才的教学型学校。根据独立学院学生的特点和市场的独特需求，订单式培养方式可以成为独立学院人才培养的新途径。
