摘    要:培养未来人才、引进急需人才,是高校长期发展的需要,是加强高校教师队伍建设的重要环节。要正确处理"流动"与"稳定"的辩证关系,高校教师队伍的稳定是相对的,流动是绝对的,只有在流动中保持部分骨干相对稳定,在竞争中保持部分人员合理流动,高校教师队伍的结构就能不断优化,整体素质就能不断提高,就能永远充满生机和活力。

Abstract:Train future talents,introduce urgent need talent,the combining oftalent training and talent introduction is that colleges and universities long range develops needs and the important link of the strengthen of building colleges and universities teaching staff team,we need handle the dialectical relations of the "mobility" and "stability" correctly.Collegeand universitie teachers stability is relative,flow is absolute,maintain part of the backbone relative stability in the mobile,maintain part of the rational flow in competition,the structure of college teachers will be continuously optimized,overall quality will be continuously improved,it will always be full of vigor and vitality.
