| 摘 要： | 校企合作联盟是实现校企合作体制机制创新的有效形式。文章从资源依赖理论出发探讨校企合作联盟的可行性,依据价值共同体理论探讨校企合作联盟的稳定性,借助制度创新理论探讨校企合作联盟的长效性,通过建构主义理论探讨校企合作联盟培养人才的操作性,为实现校企合作办学、合作育人、合作研发、合作就业、合作发展提供理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Cooperation between college and enterprise alliance is to realize the school-enterprise cooperation system mechanism innovation of effective form.The article based on the resource dependence theory,discussing the feasibility of school-enterprise cooperation alliance.According to the value of community theory,discussing the school-enterprise cooperation alliance stability.According to the theory of institutional innovation,discussing the long lasting of school-enterprise cooperation alliance.By constructivism theory of school-enterprise cooperation alliance training operation,providing a theoretical reference in order to achieve the school-enterprise cooperation,cooperative education,R & D cooperation,cooperation employment,cooperation development. |
