| 摘 要： | 专业教学计划是以每个专业总体人才培养目标和培养规格为基准,遵循一定的培养规律,依据本专业覆盖的岗位群所必需的知识能力素质来进行课程设置。在远程成人教育中应根据学员需求,以搭建课程平台、建立专业规则、优化远程课程教学体系为原则,进行开放灵活的专业课程设置,方便学生选课学习,以实现人才培养和社会需求的"零距离"、学员与就业岗位的"零适应",才能得到专业课程设置的最佳方案。

| Abstract: | Major programs should be made by the base of the overall training aim and size of each major and followed by certain training law and set up by the knowledge and ability needed by post groups.Curriculum in adult distance learning should be offered by learners' demand and arranged by the principles of setting up course platform,major regularities and optimizing instructional system so as to give the learners more convenience to select courses and achieve the "zero distance" between the talent-training and social need and the "zero adaptation" of the learners and employment posts. |
