| 摘 要： | 把科举制放在儒家文化的大背景下考察，可以发现科举制是封建专制主义与儒家德治主义相结合的必然产物。但是，由于儒家德治主义以德取士的人才观是以伦理主义为价值取向，而科举制的实际运作过程却是以智识主义为价值取向，两者之间存在着内在的冲突，科举制不但难以实现儒家德治主义以德称位的政治理想，而且也不可能转纪为现代的文官考试制度。

| Abstract: | We will find out that the imperial examination system is the certain output of the integration of the feu dal absolutism and confucian moralization when it being inquired in the context of confucian culture.However,there is inner conflict between the two.They have d ifferent standards,while confucian moralization emphasizes the virtues,the imper ial examination system selects talents mainly by intellect.So we think the imper ial examination system can not realize the ideal of confucian that one's status should be based on his virtues.On the other hand,it can not be transformed into the modern examination system for the civil servants. |
