| 摘 要： | 本文首先提出信息技术吸纳能力的概念，根据Kwon和Zmud提出的基于创新扩散的IS实施过程模型，构建了信息技术吸纳过程模型，指出信息技术吸纳能力包括辨识、采纳、适应、接受、融合和知识管理等6种能力，并通过对东北地区76家企业的问卷调查和深度访谈，总结出了各种能力的机理要素。

| Abstract: | This paper first proposes the concept of absorptive capability of information technology. According to the model of IS implementation process based on innovations diffusion proposed by Kwon and Zmud, this paper constructs a process model of information technology absorption, and points out that the absorptive capability of information technology is composed by six kinds of capability, including recognition, adoption, adsptation, acceptance, infusion and knowledge management. Through questionnaire surveys and depth interview of 76 enterprises in the northeast area, it summarizes the essential mechanism factors of each capability. |
